RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In the unlikely event that any items you have ordered from us is damaged or defective, or if the item delivered, is different from what you had ordered will only be accepted for return.
If you would like to return an item for refund or exchange, you are able to do this within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in an unwashed, unworn and resalable condition. To complete a return, call us at +94117447447 or email us email@example.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please include:
- Email Address
- Order Number
- Item number(s) to return
- Reason for your return
We will provide you with an email that contains information on where returns should be shipped, the amount you will be refunded upon quality inspection of the returned merchandise, a shipping label/waybill and the return package instructions.
Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. You will pay for shipping of the returned item(s) to the carrier.
Returns will not be accepted without an RMA #. Please note, that the RMA Number will expire in 21 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Merchandise Authorization email. The item will not be accepted if it is returned after that time. Your return address will be mentioned on your RMA confirmation.
