Presently as a result of the global COVID-19 pandemic there are international delivery delays due to flight disruptions, cancellations, government restrictions and/or border closures.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS
International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors, including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

DUTIES & TAXES
Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country Customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased. International taxes (such as Value Added Tax, or VAT) are set by the destination country. And GFlock does not have any control over.

PAYMENT
Visa and MasterCard are available for international customers. Whietglow (Private) Limited will be displayed as the Merchant of record on customer's credit card statements for orders shipped internationally. We are legally required to declare total value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice with all international orders.

SHIPMENT TIMEFRAMES
You will be quoted a specific delivery promise at the time of checkout that is based on your selected destination country and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart. Although we do our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
